General questions

1. What is MyVipCams.com?
MyVipCams.com is a video chat service. You are welcome to use the site to meet models who broadcast live. You can go to Private chat mode with a model you like. When you do so, all other users will be disconnected from her channel, so you will be face to face with the model. Don't be shy to ask for things you would like to see.

2. How do I register?
- Visit this page to become a registered user: http://myvipcams.com/registration.php
- Please use your actual and working email when signing up. This email will be used for restoring your password.

3. What are Site Rules?
When you register, you agree to accept the site's general rules of usage and user conduct.

3.1. You confirm that you are over 18 years of age , or over 21 in some jurisdictions, please check local legislation.
3.2 You confirm and explicitly indicate that all information obtained at this site will be used for your personal purposes only.
3.3. You commit to avoid:
- exchanging contact details with models, phone numbers, emails, addresses, IMs, Skype etc; this is not a dating site.
- insulting and humiliating models and other chat users.
- advertising and promotion of anything in chats, including posting hyperlinks.
- discussing religion and politics, promoting hatred, initiate racial, ethnical, religious and other conflicts.
- discussing illegal subjects and activities.

3.4. Site Administration reserves the right to:
- Edit, change and delete any information on the site without prior notice.
- Delete your account in case a violation of the rules is found, without prior notice.
- Change the rules without prior notice.

4. What is a model obliged to do for me in Private mode?
The model is obliged to pay attention to you. The fact that you pay for the Private chat does not enable you to request illegal actions or being pushy, humiliating, and rude. Most models will enjoy getting fully naked and using various sex toys for you.

5. What models are not allowed to do?
Models are not allowed to contact the customers personally and disclose their contact details, e.g. emais, phones etc. Models are not allowed to insult their customers.

6. What is peeping?
If the model has entered the Private chat mode or has disabled video broadcasting to free users, you can still have a look at what she's doing. This is what the Peep button is for.

7. How much is the videochat?
We offer 3 types of communicating with models:

- Free mode. To enter the free video chat, choose a model and click the model picture on the Online page.
- Peeping – you watch models who disabled the free mode or are chatting with customers who have paid. Every model sets custom peeping price, normally within 50-300 Tokens per minute.
- Private chat – you communicate with the model privately and can request certain show elements. Every model sets custom Private chat price, normally within 100-600 Tokens per minute.
- You are charged on a per minute basis, minimum charge is 1 minute.

8. How much is 1 Token?
Our site uses Tokens as payment units, and 1 Token is priced at $0.01.


Payments and topping up your account

1. How do I top up my account?
Currently we offer the following methods of topping up your account balance:
- VISA/MasterCard payment cards

1.1 You can add funds right after you register.
1.2 When paying, don't use your browser's Back button. It may interfere with the scripts and can even cause your account to be blocked automatically.
1.3 If you have any problems or questions related to credit card payments, don't hesitate to contact our Customer Support Department: support@myvipcams.com

2. I paid but I never got my Username/Password, what do I do?
If you have completed a payment but did not get your Username/Password within the nearest 2-5 minutes, please submit a Username/Password issue request to our Customer Support Department at support@myvipcams.com. The request has to contain the following details:

- Your email you used when signing up, User name, Transaction ID or Purchase ID. The more details you give, the faster we will process your request.

3. Where are my funds and model payments stats?
Check the Transaction History section for stats of your payments.

Adding funds through VISA, MasterCard

1. How do I add funds with my VISA or MasterCard card?
1.1 You can add funds from inside your account using the Add Tokens button.
1.2 When paying, don't use your browser's Back button. It may interfere with the scripts and can even cause your account to be blocked automatically.
1.3 If you have any problems or questions related to credit card payments, don't hesitate to contact our Customer Support Department: support@myvipcams.com

2. I have trouble adding funds from my credit card.
If you happen to have any trouble paying with your card, please contact our Customer Support Department: support@myvipcams.com

3. I have customer complaints related to credit card payments.
If you have any payment-related complaints regarding the process, the charged amounts or anything else, please send the description of your situation here: support@myvipcams.com, and we promise to solve the issue.

1. What do I need for video playback?
- For the site to display correctly, we recommend using Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 or 8, or Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.14. If you have earlier browser versions, you can update them here:

- For you to enjoy your video chat experience, we recommend a 512 kbps or faster internet connection.

2. I see no video and/or chat.
If you have trouble loading the video stream or chat, please contact our Customer Support Department: support@myvipcams.com. We would appreciate a description of the situation with as many details as possible. We will do our best to assist you.
